Art of the Age

Where did the name come from? What does it mean?

I came up with the name not only because I am an artist but
also because I believe that the key to a happy life is about
balance. That is the art of the age. Balancing one's life
and structuring it consciously to achieve the lifestyle that
one desires. It takes a conscious, continual effort to choose
what one will and will not achieve. Change comes from within.
If you want the change then you have to confront all of your
inner programmings that get in your way. This is hard work
sometimes. Some find change easy. I agree it doesn't have
to be hard. It is easier when you discover what has been holding
you back from achieving the life you want. and going beyond those self imposed limitations.

I have been meditating since I was 13 years old. I have taught
meditation and spiritual development. I am developing new
courses in the balanced living perspective that are meant to
bring a new perspective to people's lives and help them make
progress in achieving their goals of health, wealth and happiness.

More to come...always!

Love and Light,

I enjoy working in acrylics, pastels and charcoal. My works include abstracts, landscapes, portraits and visionary art. My artwork is continually evolving as is my life. I have never been able to focus on one kind of art. I know it's not "trendy" to do that. I like painting different subjects.
I have a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology. My studies concentrated on the archaeology of Egypt, the Ancient Near East and Greece. My interests within these areas include, but are in no way limited to, sacred space and iconography.
